As the executive for Education Outreach (EO) for Season 52, I’m proud to lead our team in ensuring that students transition safely to and from their buses and Texas A&M’s Rudder Theatre Complex. We are deeply committed to igniting a passion for the performing arts in children all around the Brazos Valley, and we are so excited we get to present such talent here at Texas A&M University. Working with the MSC OPAS Student Committee is truly rewarding, as it helps us inspire and maintain safety in the next generation of artists and arts supporters.

What is Education Outreach?
An important part of OPAS is our campus and community outreach in offering an array of opportunities to experience the performing arts. EO is responsible for these actions, especially for the children of the Brazos Valley. When school performances come to campus, EO works to manage the performance operations. EO facilitates the safe transition of the children between their buses and Rudder Theatre. We hope that, by reaching out to these children at an early age, we can encourage them to be involved with the arts as they get older, thereby cultivating a new generation of artists and art supporters.
