Howdy! As the Director of Student Development I help the members of the MSC OPAS Student Committee grow into better versions of themselves through various programs throughout the year. This is done by my team and I through planning and running our biweekly meetings, retreats each semester, and our end of year banquet. These events help the committee to grow as individuals, leaders, and as a team. It also allows our committee to grow closer together through more fun events like our Tony Awards GCM or our retreats.
